Road Running Coach
Conduct initial consultations with newly on-boarded athletes to assess their current fitness status, determine their goals, and confirm compatibility. Develop and implement personalized training plans, enabling athletes to achieve personal records and additional defined goals. By collaborating with athletes and promptly responding to their needs and concerns ensure their training plans are effectively tailored. Conduct in-person coaching sessions targeting specific micro goals, coordinate group training sessions to boost performance and motivation, and successfully coach marathon runners to meet their personal records and racing goals.

Support the development of sprint and mid-distance athletes by helping lead structured warm-ups, reinforcing proper technique, and encouraging healthy training habits. Provide consistent guidance and positive reinforcement to help students build confidence, sportsmanship, and a love for the sport. Ensure athlete safety is always a priority, and work closely with entire coaching staff to ensure practices are both effective and age-appropriate.
